This vegan alternative to Taco Meat is amazing. The crunch and spice are a great combo! Great picnic food or Taco Tuesday! It's so easy to prepare!
☼ 1 cup Sunbest Walnuts
☼ 3-4 tbsp Sunbest Sunflower seeds
☼ ¼ cup packed Sunbest Sun Dried Tomatoes: Julienne Cut
☼ 2 cloves garlic , minced
☼ 2 tsp fresh oregano
☼ 2/3 teasp dried oregano
☼ 3 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
☼ ¼ tsp ground paprika
☼ ½ tsp chipotle chili pepper powder
☼ ¾ tsp garlic powder
☼ ½ tsp ground cumin
☼ ¼ tsp salt
☼ 1 ¼ tsp gluten free soy sauce
☼ 4 tbsp fresh cilantro red chili powder
1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor .
2. Pulse 10-15 times in the food processor until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture becomes crumbly in texture. Make quick pulses until you achieve the desired consistency.
3. Add additional salt and/or lemon juice to taste if needed.
4. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for a few days.
