Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the shipping method and location. We ship from New Jersey using USPS. 

    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • We partner with reliable carriers like USPS and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49.99 (within the greater 48 states of the U.S.).

International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship overseas, but we plan on implementing this in the future. 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment. This tracking number will be attached to your Shopify order. Please make sure to check your email for tracking information updates. 

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.

  • If your order is lost in transit, reach out to us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a resolution.
