Vitamins, minerals, protein, and just a hint of sweetness - plus, no cooking necessary!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sunbest Super Seed Salad Topping
- 2/3 cup Sunbest Dates, Pitted
- 3 Tbsp Sunbest Raisins
- 3 Tbsp Sunbest Coconut Flakes
- 2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Exrtact
Method:
- Grind Super Seed Salad Topping in food processor.
- Add dates and raisins; process until everything is broken down and combined.
- Add coconut, cacao, and vanilla. Process until evenly combined; it should stick when compressed between fingers.
- Roll into balls by the teaspoonful. Place in fridge for a few minutes to firm up, or enjoy right away.
