Pine Nuts with Bulgur Recipe

This recipe is great for vegetarians/vegans, and also makes a nice side dish.


  • 1 Cup uncooked bulgur
  • 2 cups broth (chicken, vegetable, or beef all work)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup Sunbest Raw Pine Nuts


  1. In a large saucepan, combine bulgur, broth, and onions; bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-18 minutes or until broth is absorbed.
  3. Add Sunbest Raw Pine Nuts, stir to combine.
