This recipe is great for vegetarians/vegans, and also makes a nice side dish.
- 1 Cup uncooked bulgur
- 2 cups broth (chicken, vegetable, or beef all work)
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup Sunbest Raw Pine Nuts
- In a large saucepan, combine bulgur, broth, and onions; bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-18 minutes or until broth is absorbed.
- Add Sunbest Raw Pine Nuts, stir to combine.
