This wholesome breakfast is filling and delicious - especially during the summer when berries are in season!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups natural yogurt, chilled
- 1 tsp runny honey
- 2 tbsp Sunbest Chia Seeds
- 1½ cup Sunbest Fruit & Nut Granola
- fresh berries
Method:
- In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt with the honey.
- Place about 1/4 of the yogurt in each of two glasses. Add the chia seeds and mix well.
- Divide the granola equally between the two glasses.
- Top the glasses with remaining yogurt, garnish with chia seeds and mixed berries.
