Asian Salmon Tacos Recipe

Light and fresh - perfect for the summer!


  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1" cubes
  • 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Shredded lettuce
  • 8 corn tortillas (6"), warmed
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sunbest Brown Sesame Seeds


  1. Toss salmon with hoisin sauce. In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook salmon until it begins to flake easily, 3-5 minutes, turning gently to brown on all sides.
  3. Serve salmon and lettuce in tortillas, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
