Light and fresh - perfect for the summer!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1" cubes
- 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Shredded lettuce
- 8 corn tortillas (6"), warmed
- 1 1/2 tsp Sunbest Brown Sesame Seeds
Method:
- Toss salmon with hoisin sauce. In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook salmon until it begins to flake easily, 3-5 minutes, turning gently to brown on all sides.
- Serve salmon and lettuce in tortillas, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
