A perfect dinner for when you don't want to cook ;)
Ingredients:
- 3 cups torn iceberg lettuce
- 3 cups torn leaf lettuce (such as Romaine)
- 2 1/2 cups baby spinach
- 2 medium ripe avocados
- 1 can (1 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 small cucumber, halved and sliced
- 1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup Sunbest sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup vinaigrette (any variety)
Method:
- Combine first seven ingredients in large salad bowl.
- Toss with vinaigrette, sprinkle with almonds, and serve immediately.
