Almond-Avocado Tossed Salad Recipe

A perfect dinner for when you don't want to cook ;)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups torn iceberg lettuce
  • 3 cups torn leaf lettuce (such as Romaine)
  • 2 1/2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 medium ripe avocados
  • 1 can (1 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 small cucumber, halved and sliced
  • 1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sunbest sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup vinaigrette (any variety)

Method:

  1. Combine first seven ingredients in large salad bowl.
  2. Toss with vinaigrette, sprinkle with almonds, and serve immediately.
