Home Brewed Chamomile Tea Recipe

What better way to wind down at the end of the day than with a relaxing cup of chamomile tea?



  1. In a saucepan, boil the water. Add the chamomile flowers and boil for one minute.
  2. Remove it from heat and leave it to cool for one minute.
  3. Using a colander, strain out the chamomile flowers.
  4. Pour the tea into a cup and add honey and lemon juice to taste.
